Credit Controller

Job Description:
iMultiply are delighted to be working with a leading Glasgow based organisation to support in the recruitment of a Credit Controller on a 12 month FTC basis.
The Role
The successful candidate will effectively manage client portfolios, handle collections, and proactively reduce aged debt through strategic collection techniques. Strong relationship-building with internal stakeholders and maintaining accurate system records are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
*All aspects of credit control
*Maintaining the aged debtors portfolio
*Reduce debt through pro-active collection activity by phone, letter and email
*Creation of all debt related reporting
*Dealing with all credit control related queries, investigating, and managing through to completion
*Making recommendations for bad debt write off
Requirements:
*Proven experience in credit control
*Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) and experience with multiple platforms
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment
*Exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
*Proactive, flexible, and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
