This organisation is based in the south of Edinburgh with 2-3 days per week in office.
You will be working in a team with a group of hard-working professionals as you advance your career and diversify your skill set.

In this role you will be responsible for:
*Undertaking general administrative tasks
*Monitoring databases and systems
*Co-ordinate meetings and taking minutes
*Diary management
*Providing support to the wider executive team
*Performing secretarial duties
What you’ll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have:
*Full Right To Work in the UK
*Prior experience as a PA
*Minute taking experience
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Finance background (desirable)
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
