Our client, a leading provider of Insurance, is looking for a Sales Manager to join their Group Income Protection Sales team. This role would suit someone with previous experience in the Protection market. Background in sales management combined with a commercial focus.

About the role:
*Manage and develop your team to achieve protection business objectives and targets
*Act as an escalation point for the sales team and represent distribution within the Protection business
*Build senior relationships with distribution partners to support strategic goals
*Provide leadership and foster a culture aligned with values, enhancing team performance
*Monitor team activity and address issues to ensure compliance with standards
*Oversee training plans and collaborate with the Head of Sales on team targets and incentive structures
About you:
*Strong understanding of the protection market with technical knowledge of products, legislation, and terms
*Proven ability to develop team skills through coaching, mentoring, and providing growth opportunities
*Sales management experience with a strong commercial focus and relationship-building skills
*Completed a GR1 qualification, or FPC 1&2 and RO5 certifications
