Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their existing team. Very exciting opportunity for somebody seeking an internal move in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as a marketing partner for the Offshore business, collaborating with regional teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that support global and regional growth.
*Create and deliver engaging content to position the Offshore division as a market leader.
*Serve as the brand custodian for the division, conducting brand audits and ensuring compliance with new guidelines across all regions.
*Develop a comprehensive suite of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, specification sheets, and case studies, to support business development efforts.
*Assist the Group Events Lead in organising and planning events and exhibitions, working with regional teams to evaluate ROI and identify new opportunities.
*Coordinate photoshoots and video production for the Offshore division, producing content for social media, the website, and sales initiatives.
*Generate new editorial content for internal and external channels, including newsletters, social media, the website, and magazines.
*Oversee the refresh of the Offshore website, ensuring all capabilities are well-represented and historical narratives are captured.
*Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to enhance the division’s online presence through effective digital marketing strategies.
*Work with the Communications and Engagement Lead to ensure effective communication within the Offshore division and roll out global and regional communications as needed.
*Establish regular communication with regional leaders to ensure a strong two-way flow of information.
*Act as an ambassador for the Offshore division, supporting the wider Group marketing team as needed.
Skills and Experience
*Over 5 years of senior-level marketing and communications experience.
*Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to produce high-quality content with attention to detail.
*Strong interpersonal skills to engage and gain buy-in from employees at all levels.
*Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders, provide guidance, and drive initiatives.
Qualifications
*Degree in a relevant discipline.
