Key Responsibilities:
*Craft and implement HR policies and procedures that drive our success.
*Ensure our payroll processes are accurate and compliant.
*Uphold the highest standards of HR controls and compliance.
*Lead and support change management initiatives.
*Provide valuable insights and support for our shared services operations.
Qualifications:
*Extensive HR operational experience, including policy development and payroll oversight.
*Knowledge of shared services and change management is a strong plus.
*Proven expertise in HR controls and compliance.
*Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
