Job Description:
My reputable client, with over 40 years of experience in their industry, is seeking proactive and motivated individuals for a dynamic, fast-paced role. This position involves handling inbound calls and scheduling technicians, with a strong focus on customer service. There are excellent opportunities for career progression, and we welcome applications from candidates both with and without prior experience.

ALL TRAINING PROVIDED. NO INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE NEEDED.

Job Responsibilities:
*Engage with clients, delivering outstanding customer service.
*Document client interactions and service requests in our internal system.
*Coordinate and schedule service appointments to optimize time management.
*Serve as a liaison between clients, technicians, and managers to ensure smooth communication.
*Handle emails and support tickets professionally and promptly.
*Uphold high standards of customer care and attention to detail.
*Support team objectives through dedication and a strong work ethic.
*Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as required.
Job Requirements:
*Computer literate
*Strong communication skills
*Can manage own time and prioritise tasks
