This practice are seeking Solicitors at all levels & will consider Senior Solicitors & Partners to join aid with succession planning. The main purpose of this role is to work on a mixed caseload of contentious & non-contentious matters and be open to dealing with public inquiries, DVSA investigations, traffic commissioner hearings, planning & environmental issues, heavy haulage work, international carriage of goods and defending all types of prosecutions brought against the haulage industry.

The client base is second to none and despite being a small boutique practice you will be dealing with work that rivals top tier city law firms. So ideally you will have experience in advising and representing commercial clients and FTSE 100 / 250 clients. Work is reliable and business development is not needed due to the reputation of this practice, so the sole focus of this role is to fee earn and perform the best possible service for clients.  

This practice truly punch above their weight but also look after their own, so there will be plenty of opportunities to progress, as well as company wide bonuses, unlimited annual leave, hybrid working that only requires 1 or 2 office days per week and 1-2-1 training provided by Legal 500 / Chambers ranked & industry leading partners.
