Teaching Assistant
Location: Birmingham, Perry Bar (B42)
Day Rate: £95 - 105 per day
Working Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday
Role Type: Long Term - Permanent

LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in the Birmingham, Perry Bar area (B42) area.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide personalised support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
*Effectively engage with students, staff, and parents to build a strong, collaborative network
*Work closely with teachers to understand individual students’ learning styles, strengths, and areas for growth
*Build meaningful relationships with students, helping them to follow school expectations and develop positive behaviours
Person Specification:
*A relevant qualification or degree in education, special education, or a related discipline is desirable
*Experience working with diverse learning needs and offering adaptive support
*A strong passion for education and creating positive learning experiences for students
*An Enhanced DBS and two references are essential for this position
