Job Description:
Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
*Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 am
*Ongoing position
*Enfield, North London
*95 - 110 per day
*Social, emotional & cognitive support for students with various SEMH-related needs
Day to day as a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
*Supporting student/students in developing their social, emotional and cognitive skills
*Liaising with the class teacher, SENCO & wider community professionals (e.g. Educational Psychologist) to ensure students are on track
*Supporting the team in creating a progressive & welcoming learning environment
*Working with student/students in various year groups with learning disabilities (Autism, ADHD) as well as Mental Health needs

*Academic individual - holds a degree in a related field
*Prior experience working with students (ideal but not essential)
*Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN)
