Contract Type: Temporary (6 months)

As a Senior Customer Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our client’s customers.
Responsibilities:
*Handle customer calls and emails, ensuring that customer needs are met at the first point of contact.
*Handling end to end processing of Smart cards and processing queries.
*Provide support in resolving customer complaints with empathy and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
*Build rapport with customers to develop and deepen customer relationships.
*Maintain a good understanding of the organisation’s products and services.
