We are currently seeking a highly qualified Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join a nursery within a school located in Heathfield. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children in a nurturing and educational setting, helping them develop and thrive in their early years.
Key Responsibilities:
*Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0-5.
*Assist in planning and delivering activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, promoting children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.
*Support children’s personal care needs and ensure their safety and wellbeing at all times.
*Develop positive relationships with children and their families, providing regular feedback on progress.
*Encourage children’s curiosity, helping them build confidence and key skills for future education.
Essential Requirements:
*A Level 3 qualification in childcare is required for this role.
*A thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
*Previous experience working in a nursery or school setting is highly desirable.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
