Job Description:
Warranty and Service Administrator Job in Ferndown
Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a well-established client in the Ferndown area. They are recruiting for a Warranty and Service Administrator who will be responsible for taking ownership and the processing of all warranty claims. The role will involve following up estimates to customers and arranging follow up work. You will provide back-up and support to their Customer Support Desk and a carry out other adhoc administration duties as required which will include some job invoicing.
Salary and Benefits:
*A salary of £27,400 per annum
*23 days holiday + bank holidays, rising by one day a year to a maximum of 30 days

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Accurate and timely completion for submitting claims to manufacturers
*Investigate rejected claims, recharge or invoice
*Process warranty jobs to completion
*Liaise with the field based and workshop engineers to give guidance on warranty work
*Identify parts for return or disposal, record and control
*Arrange jobs for manufacturer campaigns and follow up
*Follow up routine estimates on a daily basis by email or phone
*Follow-up high value and safety related estimates by email or phone
*Review all Thorough Examination Reports
*Request estimates for any chargeable repairs
*Authorise repairs (where appropriate) for work covered within an all-inclusive maintenance or hire agreement
*Provide back up and support to the Customer Support Desk and a carry out Job Invoicing as required
Minimum Skills Required:
*Experience within administration
*Good commercial awareness and understanding
*Excellent written and communication skills
*Good skills in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to problem solve
*Decision making
*Ability to work as part of a team
