Job Description:
We are seeking a professional PA to work for an Entrepreneur 3 days per week Monday, Wednesday & Friday. The role will be office based and will ideally be 6 - 7 hours per day, with some flexibility on start and finish times. It is essential that candidates have the flexibility to work at other times if required.
This is an interesting and varied role that will appeal to someone who can support both a property business and a family both discreetly and confidentially.
The role will be based in brand new offices in a beautiful countryside location, so you will need to be a driver with your own transport.
The successful candidate will be very flexible in regards to hours of work as there may be occasions when you will be required to offer support out of hours and on non-working days at short notice. The role will appeal to someone who wants to really get involved in the day to day running of a business as there will be the opportunity to assist with the day to day running of the business.
This position will be of interest to candidates who have a knowledge or interest in property and enjoy working and managing their work load independently.
Duties
Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Property Entrepreneur, the business and a family
Managing and dealing with all incoming correspondence/e mails
Prioritising and dealing with any questions or queries and cascading information to the relevant people
Offering a high level of customer service
Researching for projects
Dealing with all administration for all property transactions
Supporting a family with all of their administrative needs i.e. any bookings, insurances, invoices, payments etc.,
Attending meetings
Managing your workload independently and prioritising effectively
