Job Description:

Our client is seeking a talented and driven Inbound Sales / Account Manager to join their dynamic team in Irlam.
Location: Irlam
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum+ - flexible depending on candidate experience
Full Time, Permanent role - with hybridworking (2 days from home) upon completion of successful probation period.
Responsibilities:
*Provide exceptional service to customers, exceeding organisational standards
*Utilise a consultative sales approach to recommend products that best suit customer’s needs
*Identify up-selling opportunities and promote associated products and services
*Deliver product information and official quotes through phone and email interactions
*Follow up on quotes by proactively contacting customers via phone and email
*Address customer and supplier inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
*Build and maintain outstanding relationships with customers, understanding their needs and solving any problems that may arise
*Accurately record all customer communications and opportunities in our CRM system
*Gather and store customer product information to secure future business
*Continually develop knowledge of the products offered by our client
*Achieve sales targets and annual objectives set by the organisation
*Perform other assigned duties as required
Requirements:
*Proven experience in customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls
*Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
*Strong verbal, writing, and listening skills
*Excellent teamwork skills, building positive relationships with colleagues
*Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
*Motivated, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
*Ability to work well under pressure in a busy office environment
*Commercial awareness, understanding how businesses operate and compete in their market
*Well-presented, punctual, flexible, and enjoys working with like-minded individuals
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with various computer systems
