Exciting Opportunity: Level 2/3 Learning Support Assistant
Position: SEN Learning Support Assistant
Location: Kidderminster, Worcestershire
Hourly Rate: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour
Annual Salary: £20,941.30 - £22,835.30 (Term-Time Only)
Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week, term-time only
About the Role educational needs, such as Autism and related conditions. Collaborating with our skilled teaching team, you will offer academic and vocational assistance, empowering students to thrive both educationally and personally. Whether in the classroom, outdoors through Bushcraft, or during life skills activities, your contributions will have a meaningful impact.
In this position, you will provide crucial support in a specialised learning setting, assisting students in managing sensory overload, anxiety, and transitions as they work toward their personal and academic objectives
Key Responsibilities *Provide tailored support to students in their learning, development, and progress across all areas of the curriculum.
*Assist students with personal and educational goals, particularly those with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs.
*Promote an environment that values equality, diversity, and respect for all.
*Play a proactive role in fostering a positive learning environment, supporting students in developing confidence and independence.
*Participate in physical intervention and personal care routines as required.
*Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for students, focusing on their transition into adult life.

*Educated to at least Level 2 in Maths and English (or equivalent).
