In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for colleagues needing technical assistance on a busy Service Desk. Your responsibilities will include
*First point of contact: Manage incoming support calls and emails, logging issues on the Service Desk.
*Problem-solving: Troubleshoot IT issues, escalating when needed to ensure swift resolutions.
*Ownership: Take responsibility for the cases you handle, aiming to resolve them efficiently while providing an excellent level of customer service.
*Teamwork: Collaborate with the IT support team to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and improve the overall user experience.
Skills & Experience Required
*+2 years of experience a 1st line support or similar technical IT position.
*Proficiency with offering full Office 365 support.
*A natural diagnostics and problem solving approach.
*A good understanding of Basic Networking Principles.
*Any experience with virtualisation is a desirable.
