Job Description:
Assistant Accountant - Reading (hybrid) - £28,000- £32,000
We are excited to be supporting a returning client as they search for an Assistant Accountant to help with sales ledger, purchase ledger, cash management, and general support tasks.

A bit more about the job....
*Process and maintain the Purchase Ledger (processing invoices, reconciliations, payments).
*Process all receipts and payments in the bank and ensure this reconciles to the accounting system.
*Maintain accurate detail of supplier information within the accounting system.
*Process and maintain the Sales Ledger (funds remitted, reconciliations).
A bit about you....
*You will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role
*Having AAT level 2 as a minimum would be great but not essential
*Proactive approach to all issues and processes.
*Able to analyse information.
*Computer literate, including basic excel skills
