Head of Business Development - Live Events Partnerships
up to £80k plus bonus
Are you an experienced business development leader with a passion for the live events industry? We’re looking for an proactive Head of Business Development to take their industry-leading platform to new heights.
The Role:You’ll be instrumental in driving growth by building strategic partnerships with top event organisers, venues, and promoters. From music festivals to sports events, you’ll secure exclusive contracts, manage high-value relationships, and ensure exceptional F&B services at every event.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead partnership development strategies, focusing on large-scale events
*Oversee end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to contract execution
*Build and maintain relationships with key industry players
*Mentor and guide a high-performance partnerships team
*Use data-driven insights to stay ahead of market trends and refine strategies
What You’ll Need:
*Senior experience in the live events sector with a proven track record
*An extensive network of promoters, venue managers, and organisers
*Exceptional negotiation skills, closing large-scale deals
*Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
*A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet ambitious targets
