I’m looking for a Groundworker in the Bedford area to work in a permanent contract with a well-established social housing contractor. This job will be carrying out reactive repairs externally on domestic properties.

The Groundworker will need:
*Experience working in social housing properties
*Experience in domestic ground works
*A Full UK driving license

The Groundworker will be responsible for:
*External reactive repairs such as slabbing, paving, fencing etc
*Brickwork and basic drainage repairs

The Groundworker will receive:
*£36,000 salary
*A company van and fuel card
*25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
