Location: Addlestone, Surrey(Hybrid working 1-2 days)
Salary: £184 - £210 per day

Our client, a reputable and thriving organisation in the Medical sector, is seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of their business, providing high-level support to key stakeholders and assisting in the smooth operation of their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
*Act as a first point of contact for senior-level management and stakeholders, providing excellent communication and representation on their behalf.
*Organise and manage complex schedules, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings, ensuring efficiency and prioritisation.
*Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
*Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, overseeing all logistical aspects and managing related documentation.
*Maintain confidential files and records, handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
*Undertake diverse administrative tasks as required, such as drafting correspondence, managing expenses, and processing invoices.
*Support the implementation of projects, conducting research, analysing data, and preparing concise summaries and reports.
*Collaborate with members of the team to optimise workflow, streamline processes, and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
*Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or relevant administrative role, supporting senior management.
*Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
*Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
*Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
