Salesforce Program Manager | Remote/Hybrid | £700-£800 per day | 12 months | Outside IR35

I’m working with a leading Salesforce partner who are recruiting for a Program Manager to manage the implementation of a greenfield project. The contract will be for a year initially with the opportunity to extend further thereafter. 

As a Salesforce Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Salesforce implementation program, ensuring timely delivery, and achieving business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive efficiencies and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem to meet strategic goals.

Role Overview:
*Manage and deliver Salesforce programs aligned with business goals.
*Lead cross-functional teams and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
*Develop strategies to enhance user adoption and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee end-to-end Salesforce implementation.
*Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
*Manage risks and project resources effectively.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in managing Salesforce projects.
*Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
