Title: Occupational Hygienist

We are looking for an Occupational Hygienist to join a well-established consultancy based in the United Kingdom. The consultancy specialises in providing comprehensive testing, inspection, and certification services to companies in the construction, infrastructure, and health and safety sectors. They are dedicated to offering technical expertise and personalised advice to their clients to help improve their performance and gain a competitive advantage in the market.
The main responsibilities of the occupational hygiene role include conducting environmental assessments to evaluate health risks related to noise and vibration, documenting procedures, providing information and training to stakeholders, recommending organisational changes to minimise noise and vibration impacts, and using specialised equipment to measure levels in the environment.

The ideal candidate for this position should hold a degree in science or a related technical discipline and be an accredited member of BOHS. They should possess a methodical approach to work and have at least 2 years of experience in the field. A reliable and hardworking attitude, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is essential. Proficiency in common Microsoft packages and a full UK driving license are also required.
