Job Description:
Head of Maintenance
Venn Group is supporting a school in Essex to recruit for a Head of Maintenance to lead their technicians and support the efficient running of the site.
Hourly rate: £24 through an umbrella company, salary £50k - £55k per annum
Duration: temp to perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
Location: Essex
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
*The daily management of maintenance teams, ensuring PPM schedule is clearly set out
*Ensuring reactive maintenance is dealt with efficiently, prioritised correctly
*Budget management for the department
*Ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met and exceeded
*Overseeing external contractors when required
*Managing redecoration and refurbishment works
*Updating and maintaining the CAFM system
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience managing maintenance teams
*Enhanced DBS
*Education experience is ideal
