Job Description:
French-speaking, Private EA to Partner (heavy ad-hoc personal duties!) up to £90k dependant on experience. 5 days in office, to start asap.
Highly profitable global financial services firm seeks an executive assistant to provide admin support to Partner. With experience in private equity or financial services, the successful candidate will have at least 15 years’ experience as an EA/PA, with at least 7 in a relevant sector.
Responsibilities include:
Switchboard operations, screening/forwarding calls Extensive diary management for Partner Scheduling meetings, directing guests to rooms Travel arrangements, planning, private and commercial flights, domestic/international Liaising with stakeholders; investor relations Start to end expense collection, and reports Delivering briefings, meeting prep and minute taking Ad-hoc Personal support (holidays, insurance/medical bookings)
