In this role, the Customer Advisor will be responsible for resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. They will also contribute to product testing efforts to ensure high-quality performance and reliability, making a valuable impact on our service delivery and product excellence.

The Customer Advisor is ideally someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possessing strong problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail. They should thrive in a collaborative team environment and have a background or interest in automotive or Motorsport industries, ideally with experience in vehicle data analysis or testing.

The Role:
*Provide timely and effective support to customers.
*Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and assist in continuous product improvement.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

The Person:
*Strong interpersonal skills.
*Fluent in French
*Background in Customer Service
*Relevant education in automotive engineering or motorsport engineering
*Full clean UK driving license.
