We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our Client in Wolverhampton.
We are seeking a personable and proactive Customer Service Advisor to handle customer inquiries delivering the best possible service. 

Key Responsibilities:
*Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
*Resolve customer enquiries promptly and professionally
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
*Provide information about products and services
*Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
*Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Key Responsibilities:
*Have the ability to work under pressure
*Experience working in a similar role, preferably a call centre background
*Clear written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
