Job Description:
Are you a people person with a knack for spotting talent? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer / Administrator to join our small but supportive team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s eager to develop their recruitment skills in a welcoming and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
*Supporting consultants with recruitment activities
*Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
*Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the recruitment process smooth
*Assisting with social media for the business
*Updating and maintaining various software platforms
Key Requirements:
*Strong communication and people skills
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Strong IT skills
*Determination to succeed
*A full UK driving licence
*A good sense of humour and stacks of energy!
Hours of work:
8.30am - 5.00pm
Monday to Friday
