Our client is a rapidly growing company operating in the online entertainment industry. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing department’s activities and campaigns, leading efforts to strengthen the brand and grow the customer base. This role involves strategic planning, leadership, and execution of innovative marketing initiatives to drive acquisition and retention across multiple paid and organic social digital channels like Tiktok, Intagram and other Digital Channeles like email and SMS.

Key Responsibilities
*Digital Marketing: Oversee Digital marketing efforts, mostly using paid and organic social media. With a particular interest in TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn. (Anything other than Meta which is covered by one of the directors)
*Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various marketing channels.
*Team Leadership: Collaborate with the wider team and Group Level, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
*Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ROI and LTV of campaigns.
*Data Analysis: Utilise data and analytics to measure performance and inform decision-making. Analyse trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
*Budget Management: Develop and manage a growing multi-million marketing budget. Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and maximise ROI.
*Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align strategies and support company initiatives. Confidently provide strategic marketing updates to the directors and Group Level.
*New Marketing Channels: Launch and develop new marketing channels to expand our reach, engagement, and customer base.
*Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a proven track record within digital channels and above-the-line marketing.
This role is based at the offices in on the outskirts of Norwich, with free parking. They are ideally looking for somebody who is happy to work on-site.
