Finance Assistant (remote)

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30

I am recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join our rapidly growing client, specialising in business sales. After an initial training period in Glasgow, this role will transition to fully remote, allowing you to work from home and avoid rush hour commutes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Cash collection and matching
*Batching invoices and posting payments to the system
*Answering and making calls to customers

This role involves a highly transactional environment, so attention to detail and efficiency are essential.
We are looking for someone who:
*Has prior experience in a finance department (preferable)
*Is eager to learn and develop their skills
*Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Is comfortable handling high volumes of transactions
*Has a proactive attitude and strong organisational skills
