SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to present a unique and rewarding role for an experienced teaching assistant to join a dynamic 3-form entry primary school located in Hounslow. You will support a variety of students in different year groups who have different special needs (SEN) (mild- moderate needs).
Role:
*As a teaching assistant you will provide support for students with special needs (SEN) across the school. You will work 1:1 and in small groups.
*You will play a crucial role in providing support to a range of students with a variety of special educational needs (SEN)
*Your role will be to facilitate the child’s participation in classroom activities, promote social interaction, and support their individual learning and development.?
Requirements:
*Be available full-time
*Relevant experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)
*Understanding of pre-verbal communication methods and strategies
*Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and the ability to adapt them to meet individual needs
*Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
