Job Description:
Leasehold Officer
Temporary, 4 weeks+
£22 Umbrella ph

Hamilton Woods are currently recruiting for a Leasehold Officer to join an organisation on a temporary basis to work within their leasehold and private rent team.
Responsibilities of the Leasehold Officer:
*Manage leasehold properties
*Oversee budgets and services charges for leasehold properties
*Deal with breaches of leases
*Assist in property purchases and buybacks
*Complete scheme inspections
Essential Requirements of the Leasehold Officer:
*Experience dealing within leaseholds
