Job Description:
Quest Search & Selection are partnering with this luxury multi-brand retail business that prides itself with working with some of the largest, global branded & own label Beauty, Fashion & Home.
The role of this PR Manager - Corporate communication is responsible for developing and implementing company corporate PR strategy within both their external and internal communication policy. The role will report into the Senior PR & Communication Manager.
The roles and responsibilities of PR Manager - Corporate communication:
*Collaborate with the Senior PR Manager to craft messaging for external communications and ensure the successful delivery of corporate business announcements.
*Oversee and contribute to the creation and delivery of press releases and external statements.
*Confidently handle incoming inquiries from business and retail media.
*Partner with the communications team to plan and execute key business milestones, including Company Results.
*Assist in managing the Group’s Communications Calendar and proactively identify new opportunities for the executive team.
*Work closely with relevant stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of information (including financial results) throughout the organisation.
*Coordinate with the People team to align internal and external communication strategies.
*Develop long-term communication strategies in partnership with external corporate PR advisors.
*Monitor and analyse social, economic, and political trends.
*Develop & Possess a well-established network of journalists and industry peers.
To be successful in this PR Manager - Corporate communication:
*Ideally having min 5 years + in PR or communications role at an officer, executive or manager level.
*You must have relevant agency or retail experience working in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience supporting the communication of financial results is advantageous
*Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing demands.
*A business-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of UK M&A, Financial results (the business is listed on the stock exchange)
*Has a mixture of external and internal comms
