Job Description:
QUALITY INSPECTOR
SOUTH TYNESIDE
PERMANENT
SALARY DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCE
2 SHIFT PATTERN - 9am to 17:30pm & 12:30pm to 20:30pm.
Zenith People are recruiting on behalf of our client who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Inspector to join their team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working within a quality department and possess the ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards.
*Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure product quality.
*Perform inspections and document findings.
*Interpret and analyse engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
*Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality assessments.
*Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a quality department.
*Fabrication experience is an advantage.
*Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings is a must.
*Ability to work weekends as required.
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
