Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Structural Steel
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work with a leading company specialising in structural steel. This exciting role involves working on a variety of large-scale projects, ensuring the effective management of costs and budgets across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing all costs related to structural steel projects from initial estimates to final accounts.
*Liaising with contractors, clients, and project teams to ensure budgetary compliance and project efficiency.
*Preparing detailed valuations, reports, and costings for each stage of the project.
*Managing contracts and tenders, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up-to-date.
Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the structural steel industry.
*Proven experience managing budgets for projects valued at £2M+.
*Strong knowledge of contracts, tenders, and cost control.
*Ability to work both remotely and attend sites as needed across the UK and Ireland.
