Payroll Executive, Crick
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum
This will be a hybrid role, with at least 1 day working from home.
Our highly successful client is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Executive.
You will have sole responsibility for processing of the payroll for approximately 100 employees - all monthly.
Duties:
*Responsible for ensuring monthly payroll is processed timely and with precision.
*Answering payroll queries from business heads.
*Ensure all processes are implemented suitably, compliantly, promptly and to deadlines.
*Be responsible for accurately running the monthly payroll including HMRC payments and payroll journal
*Produce pension data on a monthly basis and successfully submit the data to various pension scheme providers
*Calculate bonuses and overtime.
*Keep records up to date by reviewing and entering modifications, including exemptions, deductions, status and pay, vacation earned, paid time not worked and insurance modifications
*Perform any other related finance duties.
Requirements - Qualities - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities.
*At least 3 years of functional experience in a payroll position.
*Good MS Office skills including Excel.
*Organised, capable of meeting deadlines and accuracy at processing volume detail.
*Team player.
