Key Responsibilities:
*Support students with SEMH needs in academic and personal development
*Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans
*Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with challenging behaviour
*Collaborate with staff to create a positive learning environment
*Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
Qualifications:
*Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent (not required but prefered)
*Experience with mental health issues and challenging behaviour
*Strong understanding of SEMH needs and support strategies
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Calm and patient in challenging situations
*Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
