Your Mission:
*Be the go-to expert for customer enquiries, providing outstanding service

About You:
*1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in an MSP setting
*Confident communicator with a knack for organisation
*Ready for occasional paid overtime
*Driver’s license & car required due to location
