This a great opportunity for a qualified Retrofit Assessor to join the UK’s leading Energy consultancy who provide highly technical compliance services to a nationwide client base. The successful candidate will join the retrofit team who are based in Leicester.
Role responsibilities for a Retrofit Technical Advisor:
*Work as part of the retrofit support team and provide high levels of support to clients
*Be client facing by providing highly technical support on retrofit via telephone and email
*Carry out energy audits and produce general energy statements and reports
The ideal Retrofit Technical Advisor will have:
*Retrofit Assessor qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
*Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
*Previous experience in a client facing role delivering excellent customer services
*Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
*Working knowledge of the built environment industry within a relevant role
