Treasury Assistant *Annual Salary: £25,000
*Location: Ipswich
*Job Type: 6-month fixed-term contract
We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to join our client’s team in Ipswich for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is vital in supporting the company’s treasury operations and ensuring efficient financial management.
Day-to-day of the role: *Assist in the management of cash flow and liquidity.
*Prepare and process payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
*Support the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
*Liaise with banks and financial institutions to manage accounts and transactions.
*Maintain accurate records of all treasury activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Previous experience in a finance or treasury role.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*Good communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
