Oliver James is partnered with a scaling financial services consulting group in their hire for a Head of Data & Analytics practice.
This is a key appointment for our client seeking to establish a new advisory division to complement their already established risk and regulation offerings.

This is a key appointment for our client seeking to establish a new advisory division to complement their already established risk and regulation offerings.
The role is to be based in London paying between £130,000 - £200,000 basic plus extras.
This role will require a deep knowledge and envious track record:-
*UK Financial Services landscape
*Operating and leading successfully within a Professional Services environment
*Data & Analytics SME - awareness of challenges and trends
Key Skills & Qualifications:
*10+ years of experience within the data & analytics field - with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity within the financial services or consulting sectors.
*Background in running data programmes in multi-site and complex environments.
*Expertise in architecture, big data and governance backgrounds.
*Strong awareness of UK financial services - and in particular, key regulation trends and developments.
*Strong leadership and client relationship skills, with the background to work closely with senior executives.
Key Competencies:
*Strategic Thinking: Ability to implement long-term data strategies aligned with the business vision.
*Leadership: A proven leader who can inspire and develop a diverse team while building cross-functional relationships.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with senior stakeholders and clients, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
*Innovation & Agility: A forward-thinking approach to emerging data technologies and trends in financial services.
