About the Role:
We are searching for an experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join an established team in Thetford, Cambridgeshire. This role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 (including car allowance), generous commission structure, and a total earning potential of £45,000 - £75,000.
Over 20 properties were sold per month over the past 2 years in the Thetford area, with an average property size of £230k.
Who You Are:
*A CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a proven track record in mortgage sales.
*Possess excellent knowledge of mortgages and protection products.
*Clean credit history and driving licence.
*A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What You’ll Do:
*Provide expert mortgage & protection advice (sole advisor in branch)
*Receive 7-10 new mortgage leads a week
*Handle a variety of mortgage and protection enquiries
*Proactively review existing client mortgage and protection products
