Client Partner (Account Director) - Public Sector
Talent Solutions / Hire Train Deploy
Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Commission (OTE £150,000)
Equity issued after probation period.
What’s the Role? We’re looking for a Client Partner to join our team, someone who knows how to grow and maintain strong relationships within the Public Sector. You’ll work with existing accounts, hunt for new business, and tap into warm leads—all to help us expand our reach and make an impact.
What You’ll Do: *Build and grow client accounts within the Public Sector, helping to drive revenue.
*Find and connect with new clients who could benefit from our services.
*Work alongside clients to get a clear understanding of their needs and recommend the best talent solutions.
*Be the go-to person for our clients, making sure we deliver top-notch service every time.
Who We’re Looking For: *Experienced in a similar client-focused role (Staffing, RPO, Hire Train Deploy, Consultancy).
*Strong business development and account management track record.
*Able to spot growth opportunities and turn them into results.
*Great with people—communicative, consultative, and proactive.
*Deep Public Sector knowledge
Location & Flexibility: London-based, with a hybrid setup (3 days in-office per week).
