Operations Administrator – Competitive Salary – London, W12

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Administrator to join our team at Sunlighten. As a global leader in infrared saunas, we’re committed to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals.
As an Operations Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
Key Responsibilities:
*Support in planning and executing operational procedures.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
*Provide administrative support across departments.
*Maintain and update company databases and CRM systems.
*Coordinate daily operations, including scheduling and correspondence.
*Oversee stock movements, including inbound/outbound tracking.
*Act as a point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
*Maintain accurate stock records and coordinate deliveries.
*Manage press loans and oversee budget for in-house delivery.
*Coordinate shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
*Process insurance claims for damaged/missing stock.
*Conduct audits on sales orders to authorise dispatch.

*Strong organisational and leadership skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
*Good understanding of business operations and procedures.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
*Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
