Six months Contract
Head of Facilities ( in charge of a team of three managers) to manage our premises, ensure smooth operations, and deliver top-tier facilities services across departments. You’ll oversee property management, health and safety, contract oversight, sustainability initiatives, and support event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
*Property & Lease Management: Oversee leases, tenancy, and maintenance across multiple properties.
*Health & Safety: Ensure compliance, manage risk assessments, and lead the H&S committee.
*Contract & Budget Management: Manage service contracts and a facilities budget of approx. £1.5M.
*Team Leadership: Develop Facilities staff and ensure a high-quality, customer-focused service.
*Sustainability & Continuity: Drive our sustainability strategy and maintain business continuity plans.
Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in facilities management, budget control, and health and safety, with a proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments. Strong understanding of sustainability practices is a plus.
