Forge is currently working with a great business based around Trafford Park. They have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller to join their team.
Fully office based - working hours are Monday - Friday with some flexibility on hours worked.

Responsibilities :
Reporting to Credit Control Supervisor, you will work within a small Credit Control team across the following tasks:
*Ensuring all Ledgers are properly maintained against procedures
*Deal with all Customer Queries - heavily phone driven
*Chasing customers for over 60 Days Debts - telephone & emails
*Reconciling & Sending out Monthly Account Statements
*Posting Customer Cheques / BACS / Cash & Credit Card Payments across several Ledgers
*Assist across wider Accounting Departments
Experience:
*Must have a minimum of 1/2 years experience working in a similar Credit Control / AR Role
*Strong Communicator - ability to adapt approaches depending on clients (can deal with sensitive matters)
*Basic Accounting Knowledge
*Intermediate IT Skills including Excel
