A typical week:
*Develop & lead strategic fundraising plans
*Coach & manage the fundraising team
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams
*Oversee budgets & ensure compliance across fundraising activities
You’ll need the following:
*Proven experience in senior fundraising
*Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
*Demonstrated budget management experience
*A proactive, positive, and adaptive leadership style
