Estate Agent’s Role Requirements:
*Calls to potential landlords and sellers
*Conduct market appraisals for listings
*Keeping up to date with market trends
*Manage property listings through company’s CRM
*Qualifying leads and arranging viewings
*Representing as the negotiator between parties to come to suitable outcomes
*Keeping accurate and up to date records of listings, clients, owners and landlords
*Keeping in regular contact with clients to build strong relationships ensuring trust and
*Transparency
What you will need:
*A passion for real estate and a genuine desire to expand your knowledge in the sector
*Exceptional customer service and communication skills
*Working collaboratively to achieve a desired outcome
*Being proactive and energetic
*To be presentable as smart business attire is required at all times
