The Company:
Our client are experts in Cloud Technology and due to growth in their centrally based Bristol office they are seeking a Sales Administrator to join them on a hybrid basis. They provide their clients with data migration, security, compliance, knowledge and management.
The Job:
Due to their growth they are seeking an Administrator to support their IT sales team for their Bristol office (central Bristol and hybrid working). This is a brand new role and you will be supporting the sales team with all things administration and co-ordination.
This role is crucial in ensuring smooth administrative processes that influence the acquisition and retention of clients
Responsibilities will include:
*Assist with administrative sales activities at every stage of the buying cycle
*Follow and mature high-quality repeatable sales processes
*Handle leads and schedule calls with clients
*Act as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expert and reporting champion for sales
*Assist with preparation of sales proposal content
*Prepare information for vendors/partners and assist with supplier setup
*Support annual renewals and client onboarding processes
*Attend and participate in sales meetings as required
*Ensure all sales documentation and administration is properly filed
The Person:
For this role they are looking for an experienced Administrator who ideally has worked in an IT or Technical department or company. Your role will be incredibly varied. Also of interest would be someone who has gained experience in a technical field that would be ideal.
*Administration experience is essential and ideally this would be in Sales Administration in a technical department or team
*Experience in the IT industry is advantageous
*Strong computer literacy and tech-savvy mindset
*Excellent organisational and time management skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Fantastic people skills
*Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
*Strong communication skills
The Salary:
C£30,000
The Benefits:
20 days bank holiday + birthday + Bank Holidays, Pension and personal development

Clifton, Bristol, hybrid working (2 days in the office)
