Your new company
Portbury based business

Your new role You will responsible for the following activities;
*Balancing accounts and reconciling supplier invoices to delivery notes, ensuring all credit notes and product returns are accounted for.
*Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments to suppliers
*Completing VAT returns to HMRC
*Preparing and collating Company payroll on a weekly basis and submission of connected returns to HMRC.
*Checking company bank statements and performing weekly bank account reconciliations
*Preparing monthly cash flow statements and Budgets
*Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
*Maintaining a daily, up to date, record of all company activities on Company Xero Accounting Systems
