Job Description:
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire (Home-based with access to local offices)
Salary: £50,000 - £75,000 basic + bonuses and company benefits
Book Size: £20-30M FUM
Are you an experienced Financial Planner looking to join a dynamic, fast-growing Financial Planning group? This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a substantial client book valued at £20-30M FUM in the Oxfordshire area, with the support and flexibility to excel both in client service and new business development.
About the Role:
As a Financial Planner, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, providing exceptional financial advice and solutions tailored to client needs. Additionally, you will be encouraged to grow your client base through referrals, networking, and building relationships with professional introducers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, delivering tailored financial planning solutions
*Grow the client base through proactive business development, including networking and professional partnerships
*Provide ongoing, holistic financial advice and review client plans regularly
*Work collaboratively with an experienced Paraplanning and administrative support team to ensure all client requirements are managed seamlessly
